Managing Partner and head of the esteemed clinical negligence team at Potter Rees Dolan, Helen specialises in high value complex secondary brain injury, spinal cord injury - including cauda equina, birth injury, cerebral palsy and wrongful birth cases. Helen also has extensive experience of orthopaedic and surgical cases.

During an appeal by the Defendant in a past case, a Regional Costs Judge described Helen as “one of the most experienced clinical negligence practitioners in the North West of England, if not the whole country."
