Harry is an experienced family lawyer who specialises in both financial remedy and private law children work. He is ranked as leading Junior in Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500.
Finance:
Harry advises and represents clients in all aspects of the relationship breakdown. He has considerable expertise in dealing with complex financial remedy claims involving business assets, trusts, overseas assets and third party interventions.
Harry also has experience in financial claims arising under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989, trusts of land, Part III Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984, and Child Support Agency Tribunal proceedings and appeals.
Private Children Law:
Harry represents parents and children in all disputes concerning living and contact arrangements.
International Children Law:
Harry frequently advises and represents clients in respect of leave to remove applications.
Non-court dispute resolution:
Harry receives instructions to sit as a private FDR judge and provide Early Neutral Evaluations.
