Harry Kruitwagen

Harry works as attorney and is one of the four founding partners of Kruitwagen & Partners. This law office specializes in liability and insurance law in the corporate world. His practice focuses on professional liability, technical losses and employer liability, including occupational diseases in mass claims.

Harry’s clients mostly consist of insurers (and their insured) and they praise his personal approach, as well as his ability to quickly make himself familiar with anything that comes his way. Harry also regularly gives lectures to other professionals in the field and is an active member of several networking clubs.

Harry has been with Kruitwagen & Partners since 2024 after Dirkzwager and NautaDutilh. Harry has worked for NautaDutilh for five and a half years and Dirkzwager for 24 years in the field of liability and insurance law.
