Harry Dorcy

eDiscovery

Harry combines sophisticated expertise in digital forensics and structured data analytics with more than 12 years of experience in digital discovery practice. He helps clients implement eDiscovery solutions across the entire spectrum of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). A skilled computer programmer, Harry regularly develops custom code to automate client process and to efficiently collect, analyze, and preserve data throughout—and often before—litigation.

In addition, Harry designs custom questionnaires, templates, and workflows in order to build defensibility and security into the discovery process. He consults with in-house counsel to develop information governance strategies, litigation hold frameworks, and data retention polices. He regularly negotiates discovery protocols with opposing counsel and attends 26(f) conferences to guide clients through the earliest critical steps of the discovery process.

Harry is actively involved as a thought leader in the industry working on the evolving challenges of discovery and information governance. He has taught multiple accredited continuing education seminars on discovery, and co-authored sections of the EDRM’s interactive guide. He is actively involved in the Sedona Conference, including completing the Sedona Conference’s intensive eDiscovery Negotiation Training program.
