Hannah advises on all aspects of family and relationship breakdown, with a focus on complex financial matters and cases with an international element. Hannah’s focus is on achieving an early settlement where possible, but she is experienced in conducting matters through the court process.

Hannah has a particularly strong reputation in dealing with pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements including those with international elements and high-net-worth as well as those involving mid-level assets who may be seeking to protect assets that have been built up before marriage or provide for children from a previous relationship. She has co-authored a chapter for the Resolution Family Law Handbook on this area of law and is a member of the Family Law Agreements Group (FLAG), aiming to provide a constructive, client-focused approach to relationship planning.

Hannah is dual-qualified in both England & Wales and in Scotland and is a trained collaborative lawyer and mediator. As an active member of Resolution (an association of family lawyers committed to the constructive resolution of disputes), Hannah is part of the South West London Resolution Committee.
