State Bar, Hannah represents employers and employees across a range of industries, advising organizations on workforce planning, compliance, talent retention and long-term immigration strategy. She regularly works with businesses managing high-volume sponsorship programs, complex immigration compliance obligations, and evolving workforce needs.
Hannah helps employers of all sizes navigate regulatory complexity, staffing shortages and changing immigration requirements, translating complex legal issues into practical guidance tailored to each client.
Hannah also focuses on the role of technology in the legal practice and spearheaded the launch of Garfinkel’s proprietary, state-of-the-art technology platform, “Beacon by Garfinkel,” which is designed to enhance transparency, communication and case management.
