Gudmundur specializes in company law and corporate finance, such as equity raising, bond issuances and finance agreements. Gudmundur furthermore acts in many foreign direct investment projects in Iceland, mainly M&A. Gudmundur also has a broad experience in financial restructurings and bankruptcy laws.

Career

Guðmundur Ingvi was at LEX from 2002-2006 and Greenberg Traurig Law Firm Boston in 2007 - 2008. He then became partner at LEX in 2008. Guðmundur has been a lecturer in the preparation of financing agreements at Reykjavik University School of Law since 2009.
