Gulnara Long established Longview as a specialist advisor for HNW and UHNW clients and their families, focusing on their property strategies. Gulnara has worked with some clients for many years as their businesses and family interests expand and change.

Equipped with an MBA from London Business School, Gulnara has both the broad business background and the specialised knowledge of property to engage in the crucial conversations required to get the client’s brief right. Gulnara collaborates with clients and their financial and legal advisors to understand their specific requirements and expectations. Asking the right questions and really listening, rather than pitching a product, is the most effective way to come up with a strategy that aligns with their family ambitions and financial goals.

As an independent advisor, Gulnara handles a wide variety of client matters. Each project is unique. From connecting with agents and developers, to sourcing and previewing properties, to instructing solicitors and surveyors, there is no typical working day.

Gulnara Long has been advising international private clients for 20 years.

Gulnara earned an MBA from London Business School and worked in management consulting. She then joined a leading UK property consultancy where she rose to be a board director and the head of London.

Gulnara established Longview Advisors in 2020.
