Guillermo has been practicing tax law for almost 30 years. He has focused his practice in all tax matters with a special focus on transactional matters from a tax perspective. He is routinely involved in major local and cross border transactions, advising big name clients on their tax from their day-today needs to their most complex requirements. He joined the firm in 2012 after a decade at Deloitte Chile.
