He has also played a central role in the comprehensive development of the province of Montecristi, including the structuring and establishment of the Montecristi International Airport, the Montecristi Marina, a natural gas terminal, a gas pipeline, a museum, and several hotel projects across the Manzanillo and Montecristi areas. He has further contributed to the hotel development of Pedernales alongside Holiday Inn, the Río San Juan Airport, and a rare earth minerals exploration project.
