He serves as the lead structurer and legal advisor for Manzanillo Power Land, one of the most ambitious energy initiatives in the Dominican Republic and the wider Caribbean. He has also played a central role in the comprehensive development of the province of Montecristi, including the structuring and establishment of the Montecristi International Airport, the Montecristi Marina, a natural gas terminal, a gas pipeline, a museum, and several hotel projects across the Manzanillo and Montecristi areas. He has further contributed to the hotel development of Pedernales alongside Holiday Inn, the Río San Juan Airport, and a rare earth minerals exploration project.
