Guilherme Carneiro Monteiro Nitschke

Partner of the Litigation and Arbitration practice groups at TozziniFreire, Guilherme has broad experience in the assistance of commercial arbitrations and investment procedures before several different institutions and in cases of all levels of the Judiciary Branch in Brazil. His expertise also includes contractual consultative matters, negotiation of complex contracts and civil litigation for M&A transactions. In 2015, Guilherme worked as a visiting associate at Dechert (Paris) LLP, in the International Arbitration team.
