Guido Foglia has a longstanding experience in advising banks, insurance companies and Financial Institutions in complex disputes and regulatory profiles.

Guido deals with litigation & arbitration and advisory in the field of commercial law, insurance law and intellectual property.

With reference to the insurance sector, Guido provides assistance to domestic and foreign insurers, reinsurers and intermediaries, both in contentious and non-contentious contexts, with particular reference to litigation before the Courts and the Arbitration Chambers, as well as in the negotiation, drafting and updating of insurance products, and intervening with the Supervisory Authorities.

In the course of his activity, Guido has also gained particular experience in advising in pre-litigation and litigation, standard and precautionary activities and in matters of intellectual property and company law.
