After more than 15 years practicing tax law in a Spanish Chambers’ band-one firm, Guadalupe joins Lener in 2019 as the head of the tax practice. Guadalupe advises companies and private clients, with special focus in cross-border matters.
She has broad experience advising international private clients when migrating to Spain, structuring their net worth and ensuring that their pre-existing structures, such as trusts, private foundations, etc. are tax efficient and compliant after migration. She also advises on wealth intergenerational transmissions, via donations or succession.
