Gretchen Santamour is co-chair of Stradley Ronon’s bankruptcy, workouts and creditors rights practice group and a member of the finance practice group. Gretchen focuses her practice on business restructurings, loan workout, loan documentation, bankruptcy, collection and foreclosure litigation.

Gretchen currently serves on the board of directors of Hyperion Bank, a full-service bank whose mission is to give back to the Philadelphia region by serving the banking needs of individuals and businesses within the community. She also serves as the President of the board of directors of the Education Law Center, a not-for-profit law center that advocates for the rights of public-school students. In February 2018, Gretchen was appointed a Trustee to the Board of Trustees of Arcadia University and in May, 2021 was voted a Vice-Chair of Arcadia’s Board of Trustees. She formally served on the executive committee and board of directors of the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project. She continues to represent pro bono clients in Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases on behalf of CBAP.
