2025:
Attorney Romanovsky prevailed in the case of Badose v. Garland, 118 F.4th 20 (1st Circ. 2024). In July 2025, Petitioner's Motion for Attorney's Fees was granted, and Petitioner was awarded $78,704.22 in legal fees. Attorney Romanovsky was deemed to be "from among a small class of specialists who are available only for the enhanced rate."
