Gregory is a Partner at M. Hamel-Smith & Co. in its Dispute and Risk Management Group where he has a broad range of commercial dispute practice ranging from Admiralty to Tax Litigation handling a variety of commercial disputes particularly matters involving issues in admiralty, construction and development, corporate law & governance, alternative dispute resolution, complex commercial litigation and the environment.
Gregory has practiced before the Caribbean Court of Justice (original jurisdiction), Court of Appeal and High Court of Trinidad and Tobago, Environmental Commission, Industrial Court, Tax Appeal Board, Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission and various Commissions of Inquiry and Arbitral panels. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Shiparrested and is certified by Lloyd’s Maritime Academy.
