Practice Areas
Greg focuses his practice on construction, real estate, and environmental law, representing clients in both litigation and transactional matters. He advises owners, developers, general contractors, and subcontractors on all phases of construction projects and frequently assists clients with developing risk mitigation strategies for their businesses. His work includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts, prosecuting and defending construction claims, and handling lien foreclosures and complex construction disputes. Greg’s practical understanding of construction risks enables him to help clients resolve issues efficiently and strategically.
In his real estate practice, Greg assists clients with negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and development-related contracts. He litigates property disputes, including lease disputes, title defects, and transactional conflicts. Much of Greg’s real estate work intersects with his construction and environmental experience, particularly in transactions involving contaminated or underutilized properties.
Greg also has significant experience in environmental law, representing clients in matters involving contaminated property, Superfund sites, and water quality compliance. He handles claims under CERCLA, MTCA, and the Clean Water Act, and advises clients on environmental liability, site remediation, and regulatory strategy. He regularly negotiates cleanup agreements, access rights, and cost allocations in multi-party matters.
