He has extensive experience in serious and complex offences ranging from fraud, sexual allegations, homicide, drugs and violence. He has extensive experience of all stages of the process from arrest, pre charge representation, litigation and Trial.
He has been instructed to deal with allegations/ charges brought by the Crown Prosecution Service , HMRC, National Crime Agency, Trading Standards and Serious Fraud Office.
Due to the work Grant does many cases do not reach the charging stage.
