Grainne’s experience includes complex and multijurisdictional matters, applications for directions and orders for the execution of statutory Wills or Codicils, estate planning, investigations into Attorneys or Deputies who have acted beyond their remit, liaison with Conservators and Committees appointed in foreign jurisdictions.
