Practice Areas

A founding partner of Wordley Partnership. Graham’s practice focuses on national and international dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration) as well as insurance and reinsurance including: advising on (re)insurance product development; defending clients against proceedings and regulatory investigations; and, advising clients on insurance and reinsurance coverage disputes.

In relation to (re)insurance Graham’s expertise focusses on advising and acting on high value and complex litigation and (re)insurance coverage matters in the following areas: professional negligence/indemnity; corporate liability and management liability; fidelity/crime; marine cargo; trade credit; political risk; property damage; business interruption and contingent business interruption claims (including Bermuda Form arbitrations).

Graham also acts as a virtual General Counsel for some clients. In terms of the sectors of the clients that he advises, these are broad and include the insurance, financial services, legal, property, commodity and sports sectors.
