Grace Parker-White

Grace is a Director, specialist family lawyer, accredited mediator and collaborative lawyer, supporting clients across all areas of family law including divorce and separation, children and financial issues. Grace is Head of Edward Cooke Family Law's Farnham Office.

Grace is highly skilled in resolving family matters through both mediation and court proceedings, advising clients on non-court dispute resolution wherever appropriate. She specialises in advising on complex matters, with cases often involving significant financial assets and an international element.

Grace has been an accredited mediator since 2017 and regularly conducts mediation and hybrid mediation, both online and in person.

Grace obtained a law degree – LLB (Hons) at Aberystwyth University before completing her Legal Practice Course at The College of Law, Guildford.

After working in regional practices as an Associate Solicitor after qualifying, she then spent 18 years at a large Guildford-based firm, initially as an Associate, progressing to Partner. She is highly regarded in the region and is particularly recognised for her mediation and high-net-worth practice.

Grace is a member of Resolution and has been an active member of the Surrey Resolution Committee for a number of years organising training and events for Surrey members. She is also a member of the Family Mediation Council.
