Career

Giuseppe is a public law specialist. His practice covers both litigation and consultancy services. Giuseppe frequently represents his clients before the Federal Court of Accounts (Tribunal de Contas da União) and superior courts of Brazil, acting at both judicial and administrative levels. He is notably active in matters originating from the construction, engineering, water and sanitation sectors. Among the issues he has experience solving are the ones relating to public tenders, public contracts inspections and regulatory bodies.
