Gilbert Shen has been practicing PRC tax law and PRC-related international taxation law since 2006. He is particularly experienced in tax matters concerning the establishment of efficient holding structures, company mergers and restructurings, relocations, profit repatriation schemes, investment exit strategies, cross-border transactions, tax due diligences, transfer pricing analysis, treaty-based international tax interaction and individual tax issues.
