Gian Castillero

Gian Castillero focuses his practice on private client work, including, estate planning, organization and management of family offices, international tax planning and corporate work.

Gian Castillero joined the firm in 1994 and became a partner in 2008.

He is an ARIFA Compliance Committee member and the Sponsor Partner of the ARIFA Pro Bono and CSR Committee. At present, Mr. Castillero heads the firm’s estate and private clients group.

From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Castillero was the resident lawyer of our London office and an active member of the ship finance and registration department of the firm from 2000 to 2006. Later, and until 2013, Mr. Castillero headed ARIFA Corporate Services and its network of offices abroad.

He is the President of the Panamanian Association of International Lawyers and a member of STEP, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
