Gerson Luiz Carlos Branco has nearly 30 years of experience in Law, during which he has been the head of both litigation and corporate teams of the firm Gerson Branco Advogados. Holding a master’s and a doctor’s degree in law, Gerson has a solid academic background, being a recognized graduation and post-graduation Professor at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and having published several legal articles and books, deserving special emphasis his academic work addressing creative solutions to complex contract issues. A lawyer ahead of his time, Gerson is a wise advisor for the clients, developing the law in practice, having strong negotiation skills and business knowledge in a variety of segments.
