LL.B. from Universidad Panamericana. He received an Honorable Mention for the defense of his outstanding thesis, entitled “The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit and the June 17, 2016 Reform to the Federal Tax Code: The Improper Recognition of Victim Status and Its Investigative Powers. Constitutional and Legal Analysis.”

He completed the “Tax Crimes, Organized Crime and Money Laundering” postgraduate program (2022), offered by Escuela Libre de Derecho. He also participated in the theoretical and practical workshop courses “Theory of Crime under the National Code of Criminal Proceedings and the Federal Criminal Code” and “Extradition Proceedings in Mexico: Litigation Strategies and Constitutional Review,” offered by Instituto HÉBO, among other specialized programs provided by prestigious academic institutions.
