Gerardo Cruzat obtained his Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and his LL.M. from Duke University School of Law in Durham.

Previously, from 2012 to 2016, he was a Senior Associate and later became a partner leading the Banking & Finances practice at Prieto Abogados. Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Associate at Philippi, Yrarrázaval, Pulido & Brunner (now PPU Legal). Additionally, he gained international experience as an International Associate at Clearly Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York and Uría Menéndez in Madrid.
