He also, acquired significant experience in the healthcare & life sciences industries.

He then experienced working as in-house lawyer for 2 years, as Deputy Director for Antitrust & Consumer Protection Compliance in Walmart, where he developed further his profile on compliance and consumer protection, in the healthcare, consumer, and retail sectors.

Experience

He is a former professor of economic competition law with the Universidad Panamericana of Mexico City; has been invited professor of anti-corruption matters in this law school; and invited lecturer at IPADE Business School and La Salle University. In addition, he has been a regular speaker on economic competition and compliance matters in both national and international forums and author several legal publications in these fields.

He represented the Mexican Government as part of the delegation in charge of drafting the ISO 37001:2016 Anticorruption Management System.
