Gerald Ganzger

Gerald Ganzger is Managing Partner at LANSKY, GANZGER + partner. He is considered one of Austria's leading legal experts for media and entertainment, media law and litigation PR. Beyond the media spotlight, Gerald Ganzger advises companies and public institutions in all aspects of economic life. His clients include banks, energy and infrastructure service providers, gambling businesses, media and publishing houses, telecommunications and internet providers as well as state-affiliated institutions. In addition, Gerald Ganzger is on the advisory board of the European Brand Institute and Austrian delegate to the International ISO Committee for Brand Evaluation. In this function, he is committed to the setting of standards in the field of trademark and patent evaluation. Gerald Ganzger also heads the Working Group for Compliance in Health Care of the Karl Landsteiner Society. He is a lecturer in media law at the Vienna University of Applied Sciences and a frequent speaker at the European Forum in Alpbach. Gerald Ganzger is an author for one of the German speaking area’s most important magazines in the media industry (Horizont). He is an alumnus of the University of Vienna (Dr. iur.) and is admitted to the bar in Austria and the Slovak Republic.
