Georgi Dimitrov

Having a vast experience in the field of corporate law and dispute resolutions, Mr. Dimitrov manages a trustworthy relation with all clients, thus more than a few international companies seeking wise leadership through the labyrinth of corporate governance and financing. His extensive practice includes advising foreign investors on the telecommunications and energy market in Republic of Macedonia, advising USA and European Companies during public procurement procedures in Macedonia and Kosovo as well as providing full legal support of international investors in the field of energy, telecommunication, banking, and food franchises in the major acquisition in the region of Balkans.

Georgi was included in the procedure for drafting the Law on general administrative procedure, as well as the Law on water organizations and policy paper on a new Law on general administrative procedure. Currently acting as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Silk Road Bank JSC Skopje. Holds authorization as representative for intellectual property rights and is currently listed on list of arbitrators of the Trade Arbitration of the Macedonian Chambers of Commerce.
