Amongst recent cases: representing the successful appellant in the ground-breaking Marex Financial Ltd v Sevilleja appeal to the Supreme Court ([2020] UKSC 31), Official Receiver v Batmanghelidjh & Ors: Re Keeping Kids Company, Bott & Co Solicitors v Ryanair [2019]1 WLR 3375 (solicitors’ lien, Supreme Court appeal pending), and Global Gaming Ventures [2018] EWCA Civ 68 (company law and receivership).
