Mr. Blanluet is Managing Partner of the Firm’s Paris office. He advises leading clients across a range of industries including automotive, utilities, financial services and consumer/retail. His practice focuses on Corporate/M&A and Tax.

Recent Corporate/M&A transactions on which Mr. Blanluet has acted on include: Fiat Chrysler combination with Peugeot SA; sale of Tiffany to LVMH; EssilorLuxottica’s acquisition of GrandVision; Altran’s acquisition of Aricent; Renault’s governance matters in connection with its Alliance with Nissan ; Alcatel-Lucent combination with Nokia.

Noted as a leader in tax, including tax litigation, his notable representations include: Crédit Agricole on a dispute in connection with the sale of Emporiki bank; Vivendi in connection with the termination of its worldwide consolidation system; Orange in relation to the merger of Cogecom ; Air Liquide on an ongoing basis on a range of different matters ; Total, LVMH, EDF, Groupe BPCE on an ongoing basis; HSBC on several tax litigation matters; and The State of Kuwait in various disputes against the French State.
