Noted as a leader in tax, including tax litigation, his notable representations include: Crédit Agricole on a dispute in connection with the sale of Emporiki bank; Vivendi in connection with the termination of its worldwide consolidation system; Orange in relation to the merger of Cogecom ; Air Liquide on an ongoing basis on a range of different matters ; Total, LVMH, EDF, Groupe BPCE on an ongoing basis; HSBC on several tax litigation matters; and The State of Kuwait in various disputes against the French State.
