Career

Gaspare Dori has been Founding Partner of CastaldiPartners since 2008. He is an Italian Avvocato and an Avocat au Barreau de Paris in France and works in both legal systems in his areas of expertise. He is based in our Paris office.

He has been involved in french and italian corporate law and M&A for almost thirty years, and he has been advising in connection with more than 150 acquisition or joint-venture transactions, mainly cross-border transactions between Italy and France. He has also advised on M&A deals in other countries, such as Germany, Spain, UK, Switzerland, and USA.

He is a lecturer at the Paris X - Nanterre Master in two courses: comparative contract law and strategy and technique of M&A. Gaspare is also a consultant for several M&A organisations and training centres in Italy and France, and has given lectures on M&A in various Italian colleges (Naples, Rome, etc.).

He has recently published several articles on M&A, both in English and in French.

His working languages are Italian, French and English.
