Gary Miller’s practice includes extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital formation, contract negotiation/documentation, insurance agency perpetuation along with purchases and sales, lending, factoring and day-to-day representation of corporations and other business entities.
He frequently participates in the organization and financing of business entities, as well as the negotiation and documentation of complex transactions. Gary strives to bring his experience and expertise to every matter, big and small, while bringing in and supervising the right team to efficiently handle each matter.
Special components of Gary’s practice include the representation of United Kingdom-based companies in Texas, insurance agencies and representing business sellers who are new to the process of working with attorneys in sophisticated transactions. His representative transactions include representing sellers in the sale of insurance agencies, representing buyers in the purchase of insurance agencies, representing the seller in the sale of assets of a company owning a number of salt water disposal wells to a NYSE company, representing the owner of a food service company in Mexico in the sale of its assets to a large conglomerate in Mexico, and representing the US based purchaser in the purchase of a mooring company with locations on five continents. Gary enjoys developing strong relationships with his clients and he strives to make a difference in their business lives. He is AV-rated and a fellow of the Houston Bar Foundation.
