Gary Campbell has more than 20 years of experience representing companies of all sizes, from the largest federal contractors to small and emerging companies, in all aspects of federal and state procurement matters. His practice is informed by his prior experience as in-house counsel to a Fortune 100 aerospace and defense company. This practical experience, along with his deep knowledge of the rules and regulations that govern government contracts, allows Gary to provide knowledgeable day-to-day advice and counseling to government contractors. Gary’s counseling practice includes contract negotiations, ethics and compliance issues, internal investigations and government audits, mergers and acquisitions, and country of origin determinations under the Buy American Act (BAA), Trade Agreements Act (TAA), and the Berry Amendment. Additionally, Gary maintains an active bid protest practice litigating protests (pre-award, post-award and size) at the Government Accountability Office (GAO), U.S. Court of Federal Claims (COFC), and SBA’s Office of Hearing and Appeals (OHA).
