Garland Stephens is an accomplished trial lawyer who focuses on high-technology patent matters in the electrical, electronics and computer industries. He has successfully handled complex cases involving many of the most well-known computer, electronic, and software products. He received his law degree from the University of Missouri Law School, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Chicago. After law school he served as a judicial clerk to Chief Judge William H. Billings of the Missouri Supreme Court and Judge R. Kenton Musgrave at the Court of International Trade.
