Garland Stephens is a patent trial lawyer and partner of Blue Peak Law Group LLP. Mr. Stephens has been a patent trial lawyer for more than three decades, and has been lead counsel for many large, sophisticated clients in high-stakes patent litigation throughout the United States and on appeals before the Federal Circuit.

Mr. Stephens is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent Office and has also been lead counsel in numerous inter partes review and ex parte reexamination proceedings.

Career

Before founding Blue Peak Law Group LLP, Mr. Stephens was (at different times) a senior partner at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, the managing principal of the Houston office of Fish & Richardson P.C., and a partner at Pennie & Edmonds LLP.
