Gareth has advised these entities on expedited debt recovery mechanisms, debt recovery, business rescue, liquidations and commercial disputes.

Gareth’s expertise extends to banking and commercial litigation, re-structuring (formal and informal), cross-border litigation, director and officer liability, forensic investigations and fraud, disputes between parties, regulation and compliance laws, corporate recovery of debt and providing strategic direction on proposed rules, regulations and laws in the aviation industry. He also has vast experience in matters involving the fiduciary duties of directors’ and officers’ and has successfully pursued and defended matters relating to directors’ and officers’ liability.
