(1) In 2016, representing a famous U.S. automobile company to win a trademark invalidation case in the Supreme People's Court, which was awarded as the 2015-2016 Excellent Trademark Agency Case by the Chinese Trademark Association
(2) In 2018, represented a globally recognized chemical company to win a trademark infringement case in Beijing Higher People's Court, obtaining the highest statutory damages and obtaining the protection of well-known trademark recognition, which was awarded as the Excellent Trademark Representation Case of China Trademark Association in 2017-2018.
(3) In 2019, represented a Dutch multinational company to win a trademark dispute administrative litigation retrial case in the Supreme People's Court, which was selected as one of the 50 typical intellectual property cases of the Supreme Court in 2019, and selected as one of the "Annual Report on Intellectual Property Cases of the Supreme People's Court (2019)".
(4) In 2020, represented an Italian luxury brand company to win a trademark dispute administrative litigation case in Beijing Higher People's Court, which was awarded as the outstanding trademark agency case of China Trademark Association in 2019-2020.
(5) In 2020, represented a Japanese company in winning a trademark dispute administrative litigation retrial case in the Supreme People's Court, which was selected as one of the 50 typical intellectual property cases of the Supreme Court in 2020 and included in the Annual Report on Intellectual Property Cases of the Supreme People's Court (2020).
(6) In 2022, represented a Chinese film and game company in winning a trademark and anti-unfair competition litigation defense in the Tianhe District People's Court of Guangzhou City, rejecting all of the plaintiff's claims, including more than RMB 3 million in alleged infringement claims.
(7) In 2023, represented a Chinese automobile company in winning a trademark and anti-unfair competition lawsuit in the Zhejiang Higher People's Court, rejecting all of the plaintiff's claims, including more than RMB 20 million in alleged infringement claims.
(8) In 2023, represented an Italian luxury goods company to win a trademark and anti-unfair competition lawsuit in the Dalian Intermediate People's Court, which ruled that the defendant should immediately stop infringing on its trademarks and pay RMB 1 million in infringement damages and reasonable expenses, among other claims.
