Galina Petkova (LL.M. degree from Boston University and a Master's Degree in Law from the Sofia University) has been with Schoenherr since 2012. Her main areas of practice are EU & competition law, antitrust compliance law and consumer protection. She has extensive experience in advising and representing clients in complex antitrust investigations and unfair competition disputes before the Bulgarian competition authority and the national courts, and consults on the implementation of internal audit programmes and compliance measures. Before joining schoenherr, Sofia, Galina worked in leading Bulgarian law firms as an associate in the areas of Dispute Resolution, EU & Competition, Corporate/M&A. Galina is fluent in English and French and has a good command in Russian.
