Gaggan Mawi

Gaggan is a Partner in the Military Claims team. She specialises in complex personal injury and clinical negligence claims for serving and former military personnel and their families.

Gaggan is frequently instructed to act in high-value claims. She has extensive experience in cases involving catastrophic accidents, including spinal and brain injuries.

She is experienced in complex clinical negligence claims involving spinal surgery, missed and delayed diagnosis of Cauda Equina Syndrome, amputation cases and pain cases involving mistakes made both by civilian doctors/hospitals and the Ministry of Defence’s medical teams.

Gaggan also represents clients in claims for bullying and sexual harassment within the Armed Forces.
