Consultancy to provide Transaction Advisory Services for the (i)Development, Operation and Maintenance of Nairobi-Nakuru (A104) Highway as a PPP Project (approximate length of 176km) including bidding documentation for four(4) other PPP Projects i.e. (ii)Development of 2nd Nyali Bridge connecting Mombasa island with the North mainland on PPP basis, (iii)Dualling of Mombasa to Nairobi Highways on PPP basis, (iv)O&M of Nairobi Southern Bye Pass on PPP basis and (v)O&M of Nairobi-Thika (A2) Highway on PPP basis – under IFPPP of World Bank; and
Construction of 400 KV DCDS Transmission Line between Satpura and Ashta for evacuation of power from 2 x 250 MW Extension Unit at Satpura in the State of Madhya Pradesh through PPP basis.
