Gaëlle Bloret-Pucci has been a partner at BCTG Avocats since 2004 and heads the Intellectual Property team.
For nearly 20 years, Gaëlle has been assisting her French and international clients, both as counsel and in litigation, in all areas of intellectual property.
Her areas of expertise are: trademarks, patents, designs, copyright, IT and internet. She also assists her clients in communication law, more specifically in advertising and media, and structures all forms of partnerships – contracts agreements with influencers, sponsoring agreements, patronage. She is known for her expertise in civil and criminal litigation of counterfeiting and unfair competition/parasitism.
Gaëlle has considerable experience retail/luxury, health/pharma, culture & leisure, food and and sports sectors.
Gaëlle is strongly involved in the intellectual property sector and, as such, is a member of the INTA and the French Association of Trademark and Design Law Practitioners (APRAM)
