Gabrielle Wilson

Gabrielle C. Wilson advises clients in the creative industries, including artists, collectors, galleries, and institutions, on matters involving copyright, trademark, art restitution, cultural property, and complex commercial disputes. She has extensive experience litigating high-stakes art law cases in both federal and state courts, as well as negotiating and drafting agreements related to the exhibition, loan, consignment, and sale of artwork. Her practice also includes advising on fair use, authenticity, and other cutting-edge legal issues affecting the art market. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and received her B.A. in English Literature from Princeton University.
