Gabriella Vial has more than 10 years of experience in acting on Litigation, Mining, Environment and Civil cases. Clients often rely on Gabriella’s expertise in claims related to Mining and Environmental Law, as well as in discussions related to corporate, banking and administrative contracts. Her recent work includes legal consulting, as well as litigation practice, in favor of some of the biggest mining companies in Brazil and other big companies acting in civil law matters, such as corporate and banking.
She holds an specialist in Public Law degree from FUMEC University and in Civil and Business Law degree from IBMEC/SP, as well as a graduate of the extension course in Environmental Law applied to Mining by the Center for Studies in Law and Business - CEDIN. Mrs Vial is also Co-author in some publications.
