With a Master's degree in Business Law, Gabriel has more than 10 years' experience advising shareholders and companies in the areas of Corporate Law, Business Contracts and M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions), both in the advisory and litigation spheres.

In the area of Corporate Law, his practice focuses on the legal structuring of companies and economic groups in Brazil and abroad, including the incorporation of companies, drafting of shareholders' agreements and modeling of structures abroad ( offshore companies, trusts and funds).

In the litigation area, he represents the interests of shareholders and companies in extrajudicial, judicial and arbitration corporate disputes.

In the Corporate Contracts area, his practice focuses on drafting and negotiating complex contracts, such as distribution and supply agreements, as well as the acquisition of luxury goods by business families (aircraft, vessels and multi-ownership structures).

In the M&A area, he has participated in dozens of operations in various sectors (forestry, health, technology, industry), including cross-border operations, with recognized skills in negotiating complex contracts and a pro-business attitude.

Gabriel also holds the position of CEO of the Paraná-Israel Chamber of Commerce and is a classically trained pianist.
