Dr. Friedrich Schultehinrichs has many years of experience defending individuals and advising corporate clients in complex white-collar crime matters. He has been a named partner of the firm since 1995.

His practice covers the full spectrum of white-collar criminal law, with a particular focus on criminal tax law, also in an international context. He regularly represents clients in significant investigations and court proceedings, such as large-scale tax investigations, Cum/Ex proceedings and money laundering matters.

In addition to his defense work, Dr. Schultehinrichs advises companies and members of management on preventive criminal law matters.
