His work focuses on interdisciplinary succession planning, the conception of testamentary dispositions and the implementation of measures of anticipated succession based on the respective planning and the conception of tailor-made company and gift agreements aligned to the respective

planning. Furthermore, Dr. Feitsch advises and represents clients in inheritance and shareholder disputes both in and out of court, entrepreneurs in their ongoing corporate law matters, founders in the establishment of foundations and charitable as well as private foundations.
