Francisco Silva is a partner in SILVA’s Trademark, Patent, and Entertainment, Media & Sports departments. He graduated with an LLB from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and with an LLM from Washington College of Law, American University, Washington, D.C., United States. Before joining SILVA, he worked in the respected American law firm Baker Hostelter.
Currently, he deals with almost all major international trademarks and patents cases from a large spectrum of key clients, enhancing their business identity and assets in an effective and customized manner. His areas of experience include Trademarks, Patents, Regulatory, Entertainment, and Sports Law.
