Francis Ho

Francis is a partner in the construction and infrastructure team in London, specialising in construction and major projects. He has substantial experience on high value schemes both in the UK and overseas and regularly advises on PPPs, hospitals, sports stadia, universities, skyscrapers, power projects and infrastructure using a wide range of procurement strategies. He has particular expertise in sustainable development, BIM and renewable energy.

A seasoned public speaker and contributor to the property and construction press, Francis is recognised for his work for ‘prominent clients on high-profile commercial development projects throughout the UK’, and praised for his ‘excellent technical knowledge and client service’.

Prior to joining Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2016, Francis was head of the construction department at another leading City law firm.
