Francesco Goisis

Francesco Goisis has a vast and acknowledged expertise in administrative law, including public procurement and environmental law. He coordinates the Public Law practice and he is the leading litigator of the Firm before administrative courts.

He is tenured full professor of administrative law at the Law School of the University of Milan (Università degli studi di Milano) where he also teaches environmental law and public procurement law. He has published extensively in prominent Italian and foreign law journals in the same fields, and is one of the most influential scholar in the area of Public Law. He has been a member of the arbitration court for public contracts at ANAC, National Anticorruption Authority. In 2019, he was appointed by the Prime Minister Department as a member of the committee for the public selection of administrative judges. He has been invited several times at the Senate of the Italian Republic, Commission "Affari costituzionali", to discuss bills related to administrative law.
